Shoulder Injuries

Shoulder injuries are extremely common in our clinic. We often see impingement syndrome, rotator cuff strains, scapular winging, and biceps tendinitis in our office. These generally stem from scapular dysfunction, weakness of the posterior shoulder muscles contributing to poor stabilization ability.

Our focus is to alleviate neck and shoulder tightness, strengthen the smaller muscle groups of the shoulder, and to focus on joint stabilization through proprioceptive exercise.
