Cupping
Inspired by an ancient form of alternative medicine, cupping is a unique practice that uses decompression to promote healing. Unlike massage, in which we push into the body, cupping involves pulling tissues up to loosen them and allow blood to flow in. The result is reduced swelling, release of toxins, and improved tissue pliability. An added benefit: cupping can also help pain relief and faster healing time.
